Ellen Tenenbaum
Chief Executive Officer
Ellen brings tremendous insight and energy into the business of matching legal resource solutions with varied and complex client needs. Prior to joining NomosFIT, as a partner at McDermott Will & Emery, Ellen was a complex litigation lawyer representing Fortune 100 industrial and technology conglomerates. She resourced and managed teams of lawyers throughout the U.S. on various complex litigation dockets. Ellen received a J.D. from the University of Virginia and a B.A. in History and Music from the University of Maryland. Long dedicated to pro bono legal work, Ellen is now Treasurer on the Board of Directors of Triage Cancer and does volunteer work for Red Cross Disaster Action Services.
Charlie Harris
Senior Vice President, UK/EU
Charlie Harris has nearly two decades of experience in legal staffing, talent acquisition, and executive leadership. His career includes senior roles at Consilio, Lawyers On Demand, and Robert Walters, where he led high-performing teams and delivered strategic resourcing solutions across sectors. His background spans private practice, in-house legal work, and alternative legal services (ALSP), including leading expansion efforts following the acquisition of a major ALSP by Consilio. At NomosFIT, Charlie oversees UK and European operations, focusing on building client relationships and providing flexible, high-quality legal talent solutions throughout the region. He is based in London.
Lydia Kelley
Senior Vice President, Business Development
Lydia is an experienced leader in the legal industry, with significant expertise in hiring and placement. Before joining NomosFIT, Lydia was a tax partner with McDermott Will & Emery, providing legal advice to Fortune 500 companies, large family-owned businesses, and family offices. She also served as Managing Partner of McDermott's Chicago office and Global Hiring Partner, overseeing the recruitment, vetting, and placement of attorneys for 20+ offices worldwide. Lydia received a B.A. in Economics from Wellesley College and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Chicago Botanic Garden and serves on the Advisory Board for Think Big for Kids.

Anna Popova is a strategic and commercial executive leader with extensive experience helping Global 500 companies and high-growth new ventures accelerate market expansion, build high-impact partnerships, and turn emerging capabilities into scalable commercial plays. Her career includes senior roles at Globant, PA Consulting & Shell. At NomosFIT, Anna leads strategic partnerships and client development to drive sustainable growth, innovation and client impact across key markets.
Clarence B. Rivette
Business Development Manager, US
Clarence Rivette brings a multidisciplinary perspective shaped by experience in litigation consulting, law firm operations, and client development. Before joining NomosFIT, he worked as a litigation consultant, supporting trial teams on strategy, expert preparation, and research for complex commercial matters. He also led business development and operations for the financial services group at an AmLaw firm. Based in New York, Clarence helps propel NomosFIT's U.S. growth by connecting businesses with curated interim legal talent designed to meet evolving demands. He holds a B.A. in Journalism from New York University, a J.D. from Tulane University Law School, and an M.B.A. from Cornell University.

Takis has over a decade of experience in Talent Acquisition and Legal Recruitment. He is highly skilled in sourcing and engaging senior- and leadership-level legal talent across the UK, Europe, and internationally. His career has spanned global recruitment firms, alternative legal services providers, and leading law firms. Takis leads the Talent Acquisition function, building, curating, and supporting NomosFIT's lawyer population to deliver high-quality, flexible consulting solutions for clients.

Operations Administrator
Emily Stevenson is an operations and recruitment support professional with experience in legal services and fast-paced, project-oriented environments. She has supported boutique legal recruitment firms and managed office operations at an engineering company, combining administrative precision with creative marketing skills. At NomosFIT, Emily ensures daily operations run smoothly by coordinating interviews and onboarding, managing secure data workflows, generating reports, and supporting marketing and client communication efforts.
