Ellen Tenenbaum

Ellen brings tremendous insight and energy into the business of matching legal resource solutions with varied and complex client needs. Prior to joining NomosFIT, as a partner at McDermott Will & Emery, Ellen was a complex litigation lawyer representing Fortune 100 industrial and technology conglomerates. She resourced and managed teams of lawyers throughout the U.S. on various complex litigation dockets.
Ellen received a J.D. from the University of Virginia and a B.A. in History and Music from the University of Maryland. Long dedicated to pro bono legal work, Ellen is now Treasurer on the Board of Directors of Triage Cancer and does volunteer work for Red Cross Disaster Action Services.
Lydia Kelley

Lydia is an experienced leader in the legal industry with significant hiring and placement expertise. Prior to joining NomosFit, Lydia was a tax partner with McDermott Will & Emery, providing legal advice to Fortune 500 companies,large family-owned businesses and family offices. She served as Managing Partner of McDermott’s Chicago Office and Global Hiring Partner, overseeing the recruitment, vetting and placement of attorneys for 20+ offices worldwide.
Lydia received a B.A. in Economics from Wellesley College and a J.D. from The University of Michigan Law School. Lydia is a member of the Board of Directors of the Chicago Botanic Garden and she serves on the Advisory Board for Think Big for Kids.
