Alisa brings with her an exceptional breadth of legal and talent expertise. She began her career as a qualified solicitor at a Magic Circle Law Firm and later practiced as a Banking lawyer at a prominent City Law Firm. Her journey took a flexible turn when she took on a recruitment role at a leading recruitment agency, leading Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP), where she focused on recruiting Professional Support Lawyers into top-tier private practice teams.

Alisa is passionate about finding innovative and flexible legal solutions that exceed the expectations of both clients and lawyers, facilitating legal roles of the highest quality for our lawyers which align with their individual skillsets and career aspirations. Her focus is on an individualised yet commercial approach to relationship building, with her own legal background giving her excellent insight into the management of flexible legal solutions from the perspective of our premium lawyers.
